Refund policy
We will gladly issue exchanges / refunds in accordance with the following conditions:
Return requests must be submitted online within 30 calendar days of order date, and all products purchased online must be returned through our website. The product(s) must be unworn (aside from trying on of course). Do not wash product(s) and keep original tags attached. Please wear undergarments when trying on clothes. We recommend trying the product on indoors and in a pet free area to maintain their original condition.
Return postage is provided for returns, with a flat $7.00 deducted from refund for processing. All original packaging and labels must also be returned undamaged, along with the product(s).
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original item is not received in original condition.
Exchange postage is provided at no charge. Exchanges can be made for same style, with choice of different color and or size—although exchange requests are subject to availability. Exchange orders will be sent after inspection of previous garment is approved. If item to be exchanged is out stock upon return we reserve the right to refund to original form of payment.
All sale items are final sale.

Returns for defects
If there is a manufacturing defect with your item, please contact us FIRST! Do not return any merchandise to the manufacturer or to us without first contacting our customer service department through Contact Us form. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. We may ask for a photo or two!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will receive an email once your return has been confirmed as received and processed and we have issued your refund.
Please be careful not to ship back any non-Altius items in your return package. We are not responsible for any non-Altius items shipped back to us in error and/or for lost or damaged returns in transit.
If you receive damaged or defective products or experience a quality issue, please email us for help.
You must include your original invoice and order number in the package, and we recommend you use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference. Please note: Our Return & Exchange Policy still applies and ALTIUS is not responsible for untracked, lost, or damaged returns in transit.
